... and the weaponizing of PA's Right to Know Law (RTKL)
Since November our Bucks County Commissioner's have received 111 RTKL requests averaging 3-4 per week.
73% are from the same people. The Commissioners have filed a lawsuit on the basis of vexatious requests.
On Sunday, July 3rd the Intelligencer ran an opinion piece on the Commissioners’ lack of transparency. The piece was written by Josh Hogan, the leader of ReOpen Bucks.
The July 6 Commissioners meeting video recording represents both sides of the story.

Our Bucks County Commissioners Need Our Support
As you can see, extremists continue to show up at the monthly Commissioners’ meetings to harass and to espouse hateful conspiracy theories during pubic comments. Their complaints stretch back to August 2021 and focus on masks and school closures.
Amy McGahran attended the Wednesday, July 6, Commissioners' meeting at 10:30 AM and witnessed the following public comments:
"you are hurting kids"
"you are attacking our school board"
"why are you hiding emails?"
reference to "stealing the election"
Accusing Diane Marseglia of having a secret email account.
"People in this room did bad things to kids"
