This Year's Election is Critical

PA Supreme Court

Republicans nominated Carolyn Carluccio for an open seat on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She refuses to say that the 2020 and 2022 elections were free and fair. She wants to revisit Act 77, which dramatically expanded mail-in voting across Pennsylvania. We cannot afford to lose that seat!

Vote for Dan McCaffery.

Our County Commissioners control our Board of Elections and can keep our elections free and fair in 2024. We cannot let a Republican board fail to certify our results or otherwise cast doubt on our elections.

Vote for BOTH Bob Harvie AND Diane Marseglia.

We have the opportunity to turn around the CBSD board if we can win 4 of the 5 races. Our candidates in that race had a strong primary showing but it all comes down to November.

Vote for Rick Haring (Region 6) or Susan Gibson (Region 8).

In addition to the school board, one of the most exciting elections is for our Township Supervisors race where we need to add Judy Dixon and re-elect Jen Herring to the board so we can keep Nancy Santacecilia as a very small minority! The Republican candidates coming out of the primary are aligned with her.

Vote for BOTH Jen Herring AND Judy Dixon.

We must work again this year to keep our Borough Council true Blue!

Vote for Elizabeth Wyckoff (Ward 1), Bob Kinney (Ward 2) or Jennifer Jarret (Ward 3).

In addition, there are many races for judicial office.

Vote for BOTH Jill Beck AND Tamika Lane (Pennsylvania Judge of the Superior Court) AND Matt Wolf (Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court).

Don't forget the County Row Offices: Vote for Eileen Albillar (County Clerk of Courts), Kris Ballerini (County Treasurer), Linda Bobrin (County Register of Wills), AND Patti Campi (County Coroner).

CBSD Superintendent Raise not Warranted

Superintendent Lucabaugh claims spoils of the Bucks County culture wars — Philadelphia Inquirer Editorial

This raise is yet another reason why we must flip the board this November. The Philadelphia Inquirer's Editorial Board wrote, "Lucabaugh has presided over an exhausting and divisive couple of years that have saddled taxpayers with unnecessary legal bills and tarnished the reputation of a highly regarded school district. For that, he got a 40% raise."

From CBSD Neighbors United:

The Central Bucks School Board majority - Dana Hunter, Leigh Vlasblom, Debra Cannon, Lisa Sciscio, Sharon Collopy, and James Pepper - gave Superintendent Abe Lucabaugh a nearly 40% salary increase. To do this, Dr. Lucabaugh had to resign in the middle of his current contract, and be immediately rehired under a new 5-year contract with a salary of $315,000/year.

CBSD Neighbors United’s Reasons for Opposing Dr. Lucabaugh’s Raise

This election, let's show Central Bucks we are better than this board majority. Let's bring smart budgets, strong leaders, and safe schools to our students and to our community.

We can do this! We must win 4 out of the 5 races to flip control of the Board and reverse the policies of censorship and harassment, but

  • D candidates won more R votes by a margin of 16% to 33% when cross-filed on the R ballot

  • Noteworthy: Rick Haring bested Republican Aarati Martino, garnering 33% of the R votes (cross-filed on the R side), with a total of 2,374 votes vs Martino’s 1,052. Martino’s spouse, Paul Martino, is a major donor who bankrolled 30+ radical school board candidates across the region during the last school board election

Undue Influence Indeed

One piece of advice I've given ALL new sex workers who've asked Me for such is:

Never allow any one client to be a key source of your money.

Why?

It gives them tremendous power over you, of course.

I guess no one told Supreme Court Justices that.
