All civilian voted absentee ballots must be returned to the County Board of Elections Office by 5:00 PM on the Friday before the election (Nov. 2nd) - please note that POSTMARKS DO NOT APPLY. If hand delivering, only the actual voter may return their ballot.
Of course, you can return your absentee ballot to the Board of Elections in person.
